Week # 1 - July 7, 2021

Also known as a separator, this device would use centrifugal force to quickly separate the cream and milk from a freshly milked cow. Much faster than by hand, this device also allowed farmers to test the percentage of cream present in their milk, in order to determine how much butter they could make!
