Kawartha Settlers' Village

Kawartha Settlers' Village is a fascinating collection of historic homes and buildings from Bobcaygeon and Kawartha districts on the site of what was once a thriving Kawartha farm. The village is also home to the Kawartha Region Arts and Heritage Society. At the village you can experience the history of our area and see what life was like for pioneers of this area. 

Kawartha Region Arts and Heritage Society promotes and fosters community spirit in the Kawarthas and organizes cultural, educational, and recreational events. The Kawartha Settlers' Village Museum collects, researches, preserves, exhibits and interprets a collection of historical artifacts and buildings dating from 1830 - 1915. 

Kawartha Settlers' Village is always changing -  there is much to see and enjoy, including heritage homes, fascinating displays of artifacts and a wonderful nature walk
